They are the European winners of EA Games’ Burnout Bandslam competition, which attracted votes from over 2.5 million MySpace users.

The title track of their EP is featured on the soundtack to the provocative video game Burnout Paradise, released on the PS3 and XBox360 on the 25 January 2008 worldwide. More success follows, the band have signed a demo deal with Virgin Records and are recording new material.

Showing Off To Thieves have honed their distinctly British sound has achieved the rare balance of intimacy and power.
